Shipping and returns policy

Delivery time

Orders within Sweden are usually delivered within 3-5 business days and orders to Denmark and Finland within 4-7 business days. 

Shipping options

Your order will be shipped to your mailbox through Postnord, unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping costs

Juth Matcha is currently shipping to customers in Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The shipping cost varies depending on the receiving country.

Sweden: shipping within Sweden is free of charge

Finland: 5 EUR

Denmark: 49 DKK

The shipping is not trackable.

Returns

You are welcome to make a return up to 14 days from the day you received your order. The cost of a return within Sweden is 49 SEK, Finland 5 EUR and Denmark 49 DKK. The amount will be deducted from the order amount once we receive your return. The returns are normally handled within 1-2 weeks from the received return.

The product and its packaging material must be in undamaged condition in order for the return to be approved. We do not exchange products. 

To make a return, please contact hello@juthmatcha.com and mark the email with ‘return’ as well as your order number. Once we receive your email, we will send the return slip to you. Fill in the return form with correct information. If you decide to make a return, we would love to hear your feedback about our product. 

Pack your products carefully, print the return slip, attach it to the package and hand it to your nearest postal office. 

In case of failed delivery attempts

We reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping and handling for all orders that are returning to Scandi Matcha AB due to the customer providing incorrect delivery information. The cost of shipping and handling is 49 SEK for Sweden, 5 EUR for Finland and 49 DKK for Denmark.
