JUTH RECIPE 1

Matcha Latte

- 0.5-1.5 bamboo spoon/teaspoon Juth Ceremonial Matcha powder
- 1dl 80°C water
- Milk of your choice

Mix the matcha powder and water well with a Juth bamboo whisk or frother until smooth and creamy. Add oat milk or any other milk of your choice.

Tip: Add vanilla powder, mint drops or any flavour of your choice to spice it up!

JUTH RECIPE 2

Iced Matcha Latte

- 0.5-1.5 bamboo spoon/teaspoon Juth Ceremonial Matcha powder
- 1dl 80°C water
- Milk of your choice
- 5-6 ice cubes

Mix the matcha powder and water well with a Juth bamboo whisk or frother until smooth and creamy. Add your milk and finish with some ice cubes to cool it down - enjoy!

Juth Recipe 3

Matcha Cookies

- 3 tsp Juth Organic matcha powder
- 2,5dl flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1,5 tsp baking powder
- 115g butter (room temperatured)
- 1dl white sugar
- 1/2 dl brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 150g white chocolate chips

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees
2. Mix matcha powder, flour, cornstarch, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Use a mixer to mix butter, sugar and milk to a fluffy batter in another bowl.
4. Mix the batter with the flour mix, and lastly add the white chocolate chips.
5. Scoop the dough into 8-10 balls and bake for 12 min in the oven!

Juth recipe 4

Matcha Cheesecake

- 3 teaspoons Juth Organic Matcha powder
- 600g cream cheese (room temperatured)
- 3dl whipped cream
- 300g melted white chocolate

Mix matcha powder and cream cheese. Pour the melted chocolate and whipped cream into the mixture and blend until smooth. (For the base: Mix 300g of Digistive with 100g melted butter).
Put it in the fridge for 4-5h.

Juth recipe 5

Matcha Dates

- 8 dates
- Salted cashew nuts
- 25g white chocolate
- 1 tsp Juth Organic Matcha powder
- Flake salt
- Sesame seeds

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and then add the matcha powder. Open the dates and place a cashew nut in each date, then dip in the matcha chocolate.
Top with flake salt and sesame seeds. Put them in the fridge for minimum 30min (can also be stored in freezer).
